HR and Office Management Intern

Job Description:

Midas Technologies is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR and Office Management intern to assist in coordinating HR-related tasks for our Shanghai office. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources and office management. You will support day-to-day HR operations, assist in fostering a positive workplace environment, and help ensure smooth office functionality.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with internship programs, recruitment processes and outreach initiatives.
  • Help with documentation, data entry, and execution of other administrative HR tasks.
  • Support in planning and executing employee events.
  • Provide general assistance in daily office operations and coordination of office services.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and a team player mindset.
  • Proficient in English for work-related communication.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Able to commit to at least three days per week.
